You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsKeep the facility clean and organizedDesire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
